Update on vacation
It's almost over, so this place should start to be abuzz with all my latest code hacks, problems, headaches and cool games. Thats the plan at least...

Vaction is well, vacation
Blahhh, ive been writing only like 5 lines of code a day max, and not really getting anywhere to boot. Hmm, and I should technically also be working on my day job stuff (i took my work-work home with me to try to catch up).
hmph. I have lots to do and the time is now there more or less, but its hard focusing as of late, *meh* its probably burnout.

Hacking vs Coding
I would say that hacking is a horriable trap. Its what happens when programmers have little time to do whats asked (or feel they have little time to do whats asked). There are advatages to it, by getting something done usually on time, but as to how well its done... who knows.
Codingon the other hand is what happens when your not lazy and take your time to think through things and design them right the first time. Though then again, since its impossible to write bug free software, I say this is a waste of time so hack on :D

First post
Here will be the Vicious Bytes Developer Diary (of me, Codejoy). Last time I tried this in our old forums, it was forum posts and well just seemed to get bogged back down. Lets see if I stick with this. I might also just add a forum area to our forums for vicious bytes on the subject, but we shall see.
The goals of this blog:
To keep fans (if there are any) updated bout how coding is going for our next projects.
Perhaps to drop some hints as to the coming projects.
And to vent when code pisses me off and I go from codejoy to codehate :)
So if your a gamer and more importantly a game maker, this might be a fun read for you. Now let's hope I keep up with this.
